I highly recommend Elite AC & Beyond! Very prompt and professional! Our Central AC broke during the Covid-19 shutdown, very unfortunate timing because thats when you need it most. The super in our building took a look at it and said it was beyond repair and needed to be completely replaced. I wasn't sure if I could find any reputable repair shops open and making service calls during these strange times. Luckily, I came across Elite Air Conditioning and they were very professional and communication was excellent. They came and diagnosed the problems with my washing machine and when the parts came in, they were able to repair my washing machine. It works great now and I feel like I have a brand new machine. After a bad experience with the pro and Handy, Elite Air Conditioning & Beyond were not only incredibly professional, but also quite knowledgable. They figured out the issue quickly. Since my ac unit was under warranty, I was supposed to send it somewhere else to be repaired. But they surprised me by fixing the unit for no charge! Excellent customer service and Elite AC knows their stuff! Highly recommend
